Black caviar, including beluga caviar - a delicacy, banned in the U.S. because of environmental restrictions. To give caviar, Beluga is to reach sexual maturity, which occurs in the wild in 15-20 years. In captivity, with the right temperature regime and diet foods with high protein white sturgeon reach sexual maturity within 6-7 years.

60-year-old Mark Zaslavsky has a successful business in Miami that specializes in the import, export and distribution of food products, mainly delicacies.
