Non-contact control Windows 8 gestures
We think no one would argue with the fact that touch touchscreen laptops or smartphones' - bad taste, for only thus fingerprints. And so what feelings passes splattered screen - words can not convey! It works like this: place the software and the device (it is, however, for some reason, not shown in the video or pictures) with eight microphones and ultrasonic transducer, which is realized by means of gesture recognition without the user having to touch the display. Somewhat surprising that the list of requirements to complete the work appear on a 13-inch device, but the advantages of such a system, according to the company:
- 95% less power consumption than that of counterparts using webcam
- Possible gesture outside of the screen
- Using SDK tools, you can create arbitrary new gestures
